Can I just book the call without sharing a quote?

Yes — most clients haven't received a quote yet. The audit works whether you're starting from scratch or comparing vendor proposals. Sharing a floor plan ahead of the call is enough.

Is the ₹1,999 really credited if I proceed?

Yes — in full, against the design or design-and-execution fee on your kitchen project. We deduct it from the first invoice. The reason it isn't free: paid audits attract serious enquiries and let us put a senior designer on the call instead of a junior.

What happens after the call if I want to go ahead with Re:Room?

We move to a paid design phase — layout drawings, 3D renders, material specifications, and an itemised BOQ. The audit fee is credited against this. From there it's either Design Only (you build with your own contractor) or Design + Execution (we handle everything end to end).

I'm not in Delhi NCR — can I still book?

Yes. The audit is video-only, so location doesn't matter. We've done audits for clients in Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and overseas. Execution is Pan India for full turnkey, but the audit and Design-Only deliverable work anywhere.

How quickly can I get a slot?

Typically within 2–4 working days. If you're under a vendor deadline, message on WhatsApp — we'll try to fit you in sooner.

What if I just need the PDF and not the call?

The call is the part that makes the PDF accurate. Without seeing your floor plan and hearing how you cook, the recommendation is generic. We don't sell standalone PDFs — every audit includes the live call.
