Existing-condition assessment — civil, plumbing routes, electrical state, waterproofing risk areas, false ceiling condition, and any structural constraints flagged on the spot.
Wishlist mapping — we walk through what you want to do and tell you what's possible, what's structural, and what would be over-engineering.
Measurements & photos — we capture what we need to scope the project properly so you don't have to do it again.
Written scope document in 5 working days — room-by-room scope, sequencing recommendation, rough cost band per room (Essential / Signature / Bespoke tier), and the questions that matter at design stage.
No on-site sales pitch — the visit is for assessment, not to close. The decision to proceed comes after you've read the report at your own pace.

Why is this paid when other designers offer free site visits?

Free site visits are usually run by sales reps with a target. The Space Audit puts a senior designer on site for an hour with no agenda except assessing your space honestly. The fee filters out tyre-kickers and lets us spend real time with serious clients. It's credited in full if we work together.

Can the Space Audit cover only one part of the home?

Yes — it's especially useful for whole-flat or multi-room renovations, but you can scope it to a single bathroom, kitchen, or wing. For a single-room kitchen project you might prefer the Kitchen Layout Audit (₹1,999, video-only) — same logic, narrower scope.

Do you cover Gurugram and Noida?

Yes — DLF Phase 1–5, Golf Course Road, Sohna Road, MG Road corridor in Gurugram. Sectors 44, 50, 100, 104, 107, 128, 137, 143 in Noida. South and Central Delhi covered as standard. Outside these areas we'll confirm before booking.

What does "rough cost band" mean — will I get an exact number?

Not at this stage. The audit gives you a credible range per room within our Essential / Signature / Bespoke tiers — the kind of number you can use to budget, decide between renovating and moving, or compare against another vendor's quote. The exact number comes after design development and an itemised BOQ — that's a separate paid stage.

I'm an NRI and won't be in Delhi for the visit. Can someone else host?

Yes — a family member, building manager, or PoA holder can host. We do the audit on site, capture photos and a short video walk-through, and send you the written report. You can review and decide remotely.

Can I get a discount on the audit if I book multiple rooms?

The audit is a flat fee regardless of the number of rooms — it's a single site visit. The credit applies to whatever scope you eventually proceed with.
