These pricing tiers apply only if you've chosen the turnkey option above. Design-Only projects are quoted per scope.

Every project is unique. These packages serve as starting points. During your free consultation, we'll customize the scope, materials, and deliverables to match your exact requirements and budget. No pressure, no hidden costs.
Per square foot of the area we design. Rates apply to the area actually being designed — normally carpet area. If the brief includes super area, that area is designed and charged too. We confirm the exact chargeable area from your floor plan before quoting, so the basis is never ambiguous.
Design-Only is ₹300 per sq ft. Turnkey starts at ₹4,500 per sq ft at the Essential tier, rising with specification through Signature and Bespoke. These rates cover apartments, builder floors and independent homes up to 3,800 sq ft.
Above 3,800 sq ft, projects are scoped individually: design is quoted from ₹41 lakh, and execution is priced against the specific brief. We discuss those numbers with you directly rather than publishing a rate that would not hold.
The per-sq-ft rate is an entry point, not the final number. Your itemised BOQ fixes the exact figure before any work starts — and that signed number is what you pay at handover.

Design + Execution (turnkey) is where we design and build, with BOQ-locked pricing, a dedicated project manager, weekly updates, and a written warranty at handover. The Essential, Signature, and Bespoke tiers apply only to the turnkey option.
Absolutely. These packages are starting frameworks. During consultation, we customize every detail to your preferences and budget.
A standard 2-3BHK takes 45-75 days from design approval to handover. Larger or luxury projects may take 90-120 days. We provide detailed timelines during the design phase.
We provide turnkey solutions Pan India. For international clients, we offer design consultancy with detailed technical specifications that your local contractor can execute.
