Design-Only gives you the full design package — renders, working drawings, material specs, and an itemised BOQ — which you hand to your own contractor to build. Design + Execution (turnkey) is where we design and build, with BOQ-locked pricing, a dedicated project manager, weekly updates, and a written warranty at handover. The Essential, Signature, and Bespoke tiers apply only to the turnkey option.
Absolutely. These packages are starting frameworks. During consultation, we customize every detail to your preferences and budget.
A standard 2-3BHK takes 45-75 days from design approval to handover. Larger or luxury projects may take 90-120 days. We provide detailed timelines during the design phase.
We provide turnkey solutions Pan India. For international clients, we offer design consultancy with detailed technical specifications that your local contractor can execute.
