You already have a contractor you trust — or you want the full design resolved before anyone touches a wall. We hand over everything they need to build it right.

Right for you if: you have an existing contractor, you're an NRI coordinating a family-managed site, or you simply want the drawings and BOQ locked before execution begins.

Consultation

Tell us your space, brief, and budget. We meet in person or on a call, ask the right questions, and align on scope before anything is drawn.

Design & BOQ

We produce 3D renders, working drawings, and a room-by-room BOQ — every material specified, every cost locked before execution begins.

Execution

Our site team builds to the drawing package. A dedicated project manager runs daily supervision — and you get a written update every Friday.

Handover

Snagging, sign-off, and a full handover package — warranty paperwork, maintenance notes, and keys. Your home, finished.
