Most common
Bare shell to furnished handover. DLF, Emaar, Godrej, M3M, Sobha — we know how each builder hands over and what the common conditions are. We handle the society NOC process, coordinate with the builder's maintenance team, and execute the complete scope.
Resale & older properties
DLF Phase 1–3 resale flats, older Sectors 56–57 housing — often requires a civil assessment before design begins. We assess what needs to change structurally and what can be worked around, then price accordingly in the BOQ.
Standalone scope
Not every Gurugram project needs a full fit-out. We take single-room engagements — modular kitchen replacement, wardrobe upgrade, bathroom renovation — at the same quality standard as our full-home projects.
Remote clients

Yes. We work across DLF Phases 1–5, Golf Course Road, Golf Course Extension, Sohna Road, Sectors 56–57, and all major Gurugram residential clusters. We typically have 2–3 active Gurugram projects running at any time.
Essential tier: ₹8L–₹25L. Signature tier (most common for Gurugram premium flats): ₹25L–₹60L. Bespoke tier: ₹60L+. All BOQ-locked before work begins — the number you sign on is the number you pay at handover.
Yes — this is part of our standard Gurugram process. We have experience with the NOC requirements for DLF, Emaar, Godrej, and most major Gurugram builders. We manage builder coordination for utilities, lift access, and waste removal as part of execution.
