We design and execute full homes, modular kitchens, wardrobes, renovations, and everything in between — in South Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Central Delhi, and beyond. We are not the cheapest option in the market. We are the option where the person you meet in the first call is also the person who hands over your home.

The Delhi NCR interior design market divides into three categories — and all three have the same problem.
The platforms (Livspace, HomeLane, and their variants) are fast and affordable at entry level. They are also standardised. Your home is designed by a junior designer using a limited catalogue, quoted with a headline number that grows after you sign, and executed by a contractor network that changes from project to project. If something goes wrong on site, you are calling a support ticket — not the person who designed your home.
The expensive boutique studios are excellent — and genuinely out of reach for most homeowners. The Signature-tier studios in Defence Colony or Mehrauli are designing for clients with budgets that start where most full-home projects end.
Re:Room sits in the middle — and the middle, done right, is where most of Delhi NCR's best residential work gets done. We charge fairly for senior-level design and execution. No franchise model. No catalogue. Just a track record.

Every Re:Room project follows the same five stages. The sequence matters because each stage de-risks the next one.
45-min conversation — in person or video. We map your space, your household, rough scope and budget. You leave with a written brief. Free.
Room-by-room design, material specs, fittings. Drawings, 3D renders, and a full BOQ before you approve anything. Nothing is "to be decided later."
You review the BOQ line by line. Once you sign, that is the price. Not an estimate. Not subject to revision unless you change the scope.
Our site team executes with the materials you approved. Weekly updates — photos, notes, milestone flags. Video walk-throughs for remote clients.
Joint punch-list walkthrough. Every incomplete item gets a date. Handover happens when the list is closed — not when we decide to call it done.
Three engagement tiers. All three include a senior designer, a BOQ-locked contract, and a milestone-tracked handover.

Essential tier: roughly ₹8L – ₹25L for a typical 3BHK scope. Signature tier (our most commonly chosen): ₹25L – ₹60L. Bespoke tier: ₹60L+. Your actual number depends on scope, materials, and existing condition — confirmed in your BOQ before any work begins.
From signed BOQ to handover: typically 90–120 days for a new-possession 3BHK fit-out. Renovations of occupied spaces run longer depending on scope and how much of the home stays in use during execution.
